>		About the Artist: I have a degree in Graphic Design from the Art Institute of Boston and  a degree from the University of California, Davis in Physical Geography. I also studied fine art while I was at  Davis. I have always had a great love and appreciation  for the natural  world so it is easy for me to find great inspiration in my surroundings. I am lucky enough to live on 10 acres in the beautiful, scenic and historic Gold Country of California where there are many vistas that aspire to become  paintings. I have a great love for my flower gardens and I spend many hours photographing and  creating paintings of my flowers. I also enjoy painting what I see while traveling around the world as well as right here at home.  In a sense my work is an ode to all of the things that I find beautiful.  I hope that you enjoy  seeing what I love in life.
